Summary of role:
Responsible for implementing field-based quality control systems and assisting all Care and Support Workers within a defined area.

Field Care Supervisors are responsible for the efficient operation of their own specific, defined areas, and their working hours should be varied in order to effectively monitor and support all Care & Support Workers and clients.

£18k - £20k per year

Summary of role:
To collaborate with other staff members to meet the personal care and support needs of customers in a way that respects the individual's dignity and promotes their independence. Care and Support Workers are expected to provide care and support that would be reasonably provided by members of the client's family, but not tasks that would normally be performed by a trained nurse.
