Our company is led by Paul Sprackling, a recruitment professional that has worked in the industry for over two decades and founded Maxim in 2005. Paul is responsible for everything operational in our business as well as developing and deploying our business plan and company strategy.
Paul has a vast generalist recruitment knowledge and is in an expert in partnering and advising clients within the Legal and Health & Social Care sectors – he is highly reputable for developing sustainable and successful staffing structures in franchised domiciliary and live-in care businesses throughout the UK.
In his spare time Paul enjoys socialising with friends and family, attempting DIY and house renovations. He is also an FA qualified football coach and had dedicated over 7 years to youth football teams in the Wokingham area.
