Care Assistant

We are looking for Care Assistants with kind and compassionate hearts who want to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. As a Care Assistant, you will provide a variety of services aimed at assisting our lovely clients in remaining independent, safe, and comfortable in their own homes.

Your role as a Care Assistant will be to develop long-term relationships with our client's customers; their service is based on a person-centred care approach, meeting individuals' actual needs, they do not simply rush in and rush out!

Duties may include:
• Meal preparation
• Administration of medication
• Personal care
• Shopping
• Light housework
• Attending appointments together
• Simply having a social chat and a cup of tea

You must be dependable, trustworthy, and respectful, and you must enjoy developing professional friendships and spending time in the company of others.

Applicants with a driver's licence and access to a car are preferred, but walkers will be considered depending on their availability and location.

There is no need for prior experience because you will be professionally supported with appropriate training and ongoing skill development.
