Experience is welcome but is not necessary as full training will be provided. We welcome those with a background in sales, Retail, Travel Industry (cabin crew), Hospitality and Customer Service experience as we believe these roles have great transferable skills which often lead to amazing Care Assistants.
You will be committed, honest, trustworthy, reliable, respectful and sensible. In addition to these outstanding qualities, we need you to be pro-active and have a flexible approach to your work.
Your role as a Health Care Assistant would include:
