The Position
Working as a Health care assistant is an opportunity to deliver person-centered care, allowing people to continue to live independently in their own homes. The role is unique: improving someone’s quality of life is a truly remarkable experience.

Experience is welcome but is not necessary as full training will be provided. We welcome those with a background in sales, Retail, Travel Industry (cabin crew), Hospitality and Customer Service experience as we believe these roles have great transferable skills which often lead to amazing Care Assistants.

You will be committed, honest, trustworthy, reliable, respectful and sensible. In addition to these outstanding qualities, we need you to be pro-active and have a flexible approach to your work.

Your role as a Health Care Assistant would include:
• Personal Care
• Moving and Handling
• Continence Management
• Cooking and Housekeeping
