Morning and Lunchtime Carer

Growing older can be very stressful for some people, so can you imagine taking someone out of their home too? Our client’s home care avoids this, and their Care Assistants allow older people to live long and happy lives, whilst promoting their autonomy and independence. Do you want to make a real difference to someone’s life?

We are looking for Morning Care Assistants midweek and alternate weekends between 7:45am -2pm.

As a Care Assistant, you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay and excellent support.
If you're looking for work which is extremely rewarding and satisfactory and have a high degree of flexibility to meet our clients' needs, we would love to hear from you.

Due to the nature of the role, caring for clients in their own homes and assisting clients to access the community, we require all of our applicants to have a suitable independent means of transport.

Benefits include:
• Regular hours and clients
• Introductions / Shadows to all clients
• Enhanced rate of pay at weekends and bank holidays
• Alternate weekends off
• Mileage allowance
• Flexible working patterns
• Free accredited training
• Referral scheme
• Health Care benefits
• Excellent pension scheme
• No 15-minute call company

We encourage applications from all sections of the community as we want to reflect the neighbourhoods in which our client works.
