Live in Carer

Our client is a new and exciting company that offers a comprehensive home care service as well as live-in care assistants to their customers. They believe that everyone, without exception, is entitled to the highest quality of care in their own home. They are looking for live-in care assistants who are enthusiastic about caring for people in the community and who will enable the customer to continue living in their own home.

Key Requirements:
• DBS disclosure
• Have 2 suitable references (professional and/or educational)
• Have experience of delivering care
• Ideally have a valid driving licence and vehicle
• Be eligible to work in the UK
• Have a good standard of verbal and written English

Key Responsibilities:
• Washing, dressing and personal appearance
• Taking food and refreshment
• Preparing and cooking nutritious meals
• Laundry, hoovering, tidying and cleaning
• Ensuring medication is taken on time
• Providing interest and activities to stimulate and engage the customer
• Companionship and care
• Help looking after pets (if you don't have allergies)
• Teaching how to use a computer, tablet or smart phone

For the successful live in care assistants, you will receive:
• £700 -£750 per week (based on customer dependency level) + full travel expenses
